MAKING SUCCESS STORIES HAPPEN

JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales Engineer

Role overview

Sales Engineers have dual skills: technical and commercial. However, their commercial dimension takes precedence over that of the engineer.

The main role of the Sales Engineer is to develop the company's turnover. To do this, they are responsible for establishing the sales strategy and selling the company's products or services by proposing complex, technical solutions to their customers. The Sales Engineer works under the responsibility of the Sales Director and works closely with the various internal departments (marketing, support, production, maintenance, after-sales).

Sales Engineers work in a very specific geographical sector, market and product range, positioning themselves as true experts. Sales Engineers work in all business sectors, particularly industry, IT and B2B services.

Sales Engineers work exclusively with professionals. They are involved in the entire sales cycle: prospecting for new customers, negotiating contracts, scheduling meetings and managing the customer portfolio.
